Zachary Scott grew up wanting to make films. He studied cinematography, decided Hollywood wasn't the move, and found his way into branded content instead. At ROP since 2024 — covering all three locations — he brings a filmmaker's eye to every shoot, capturing the real warmth and energy of the salon rather than the polished version of it.

Zachary's path started with a genuine love for film and television. He pursued a degree in cinematography, then made a deliberate choice to step away from the LA film world and move into business and branded content. An internship at ROP in 2023 turned into a full-time role in 2024. He's been covering all three locations ever since.

Off the clockOutside the salon

Outside of work, Zachary stays active at the gym and makes time to travel whenever he can.

Fun factA little something extra

He moved from Maryland to Naples specifically for the ROP internship — before he even had a full-time job offer.
