Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that life sometimes gets in the way and schedules need to be rearranged!

But we kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 24 hours notice it is considered a “Late Cancellation.” Late cancellations will be subject to a 50% fee of the total cost for your scheduled service.

All guests who late cancel or do not show up for their scheduled appointment, may be required to leave a 50% deposit for future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or reschedule within the requested 24-hour time frame. Appointment confirmation messages are sent 2 days in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment.

To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that your time is precious, so please understand that so is ours!
