Return Policy

We want you to love what you take home. If a product is not right for your hair or skin, we will make it right.

Services

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are not happy with a service, please tell your stylist before you leave the salon — most service concerns can be addressed with a quick adjustment in the same visit or within the first week.

For color, cut, or chemical service concerns identified within seven (7) days of your visit, your stylist will schedule a complimentary correction or refinement. Beyond seven days the service is considered complete, but we are always happy to book a follow-up consultation.

Retail products purchased in-salon

  • Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Bring the receipt and the original payment card if possible.
  • Opened products that are not working for you — bring them back within 30 days and we will exchange them for something better suited to your hair. Your stylist's recommendation matters; we'd rather you leave with the right product than a refund.
  • Defective or damaged products — return at any time and we will replace or refund.

Future online product orders

Robert of Philadelphia is preparing a limited online product offering through our partner Shopify, primarily for our seasonal-resident guests who travel between Naples, Bonita Springs, and another home. When that store goes live, online order returns will follow these terms:

  • Unopened products: return within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping. Email hello@ropsalons.com for a return authorization first.
  • Opened products: we'll exchange for something better suited; your stylist can advise on the swap.
  • Damaged in transit: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace at no cost.
  • Color refresh kits (stylist-formulated at-home color refreshers) — custom-formulated and non-returnable, but we will work with your stylist on a reformulation if the result is off.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire and can be applied to any service or in-salon retail purchase at any of our three locations. See Gift Cards for details.

How to return

In-salon: simply bring the product to any of our three locations with the receipt. Online (when active): email hello@ropsalons.com for a return authorization before shipping.
