You have 40+ stylists to choose from across our salons, and not every pairing is the perfect match the first time — and that's okay. If your stylist wasn't quite right for you, we'll find the one who is. We'd rather move you to the right chair than lose you over a service that didn't land. Tell us, and we'll handle the rest.
Product Returns: No Receipt, No Window, No Questions
Our product guarantee is a little unusual, and we like it that way.
If you buy a product from us and you don't love it, bring it back. You don't need a receipt. You're not on a 30-day clock. You can use the whole thing — the entire bottle — and still return it. A month from now, a year from now, it doesn't matter. If it's not right for you, we'll refund it. No questions, no hassle, no penalty.
We do this because we've all got that cabinet under the sink full of products we tried once and never touched again. We don't want anything of ours ending up there. If it's not working for you, it should come back to us — not sit there gathering dust.
A True Story (The Black Bottle)
Years ago, a woman bought a product we used to carry — a finishing hairspray in a black bottle we don't even make anymore. This was back when we still put the price right on the bottom with a sticker gun. Hers said $7.35.
