Booking & appointment data — when you book through our website, you are sent to our booking provider, Boulevard. Boulevard collects your name, contact information, service preferences, appointment history, and payment details under Boulevard's own privacy terms.
Website analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use the site. This collects anonymized page-view data, approximate location, and device information.
Direct contact — when you call a salon, email us, or fill out a form, we keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond and serve you as a guest.

How we use information

We use your information to:

Schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments;
Provide service, stylist matching, and consultation guidance;
Communicate about your service, upcoming visits, and (with your consent) promotions;
Process payments through our booking and point-of-sale providers;
Improve the website and the in-salon experience.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share contact information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Who we share information with

Limited categories of providers handle data on our behalf:

Boulevard — appointment booking, client records, and payment processing;
Google — Analytics (GA4) and, where applicable, Maps;
Netlify — website hosting infrastructure;
Firebase / Google Cloud — stylist profile data displayed on the site;
Shopify (when active) — any future online product purchases;
SMS / email providers — appointment reminders and, with consent, marketing.

We share information with these providers only as needed to deliver our service. Each provider operates under its own privacy practices.

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

Essential — required for the site to function and for Boulevard's booking overlay to open.
Analytics — Google Analytics records anonymized usage data.
Maps — Google Maps may set cookies when location maps are loaded.
