Locations & Hours

Which locations do you have and where are they?

We'd love to see you! We have three salons across Southwest Florida, so you can choose whichever feels like home: Bayfront (440 Bayfront Place, Naples, FL 34102), Village on Venetian Bay (4380 Gulf Shore Blvd N, Naples, FL 34103), and Promenade at Bonita Bay (26831 South Bay Drive, Bonita Springs, FL 34134). However you reach out — book online or give us a call — you'll always get our same friendly team, and we'll take wonderful care of you at whichever is most convenient.

How do I find the Promenade at Bonita Bay location?

You'll find us at 26831 South Bay Drive, Bonita Springs, FL 34134, tucked toward the back of the plaza. If you get turned around, just give us a call and we'll walk you right in.

Are you open on Mondays?

Our hours shift a little by location and season, so the easiest way to catch us is to give us a call or peek at your salon's page on ropsalons.com. We're always happy to help you find a time that works.

Are you open on holidays like the 4th of July?

We close on a handful of major holidays so our team can be with their families: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Every other day, hours vary a bit by location — call ahead or check your salon's page and we'll happily get you in.

Pricing

How much does a haircut cost?

Great question! Every head of hair is a little different, so your final price depends on your stylist's level, your hair's length, and any customization — and your stylist will always confirm it with you at your consultation, so there are never any surprises. To give you a starting point: a women's haircut & blowout begins at $67, a men's haircut at $54, and a blowout & style at $53. Color starts at $168, a root retouch at $109, and partial highlights at $180.

Payments & Tipping

Can I leave a tip, and how?

A tip is never expected — truly, taking wonderful care of you is our joy. But if you'd like to show your stylist a little extra love, here's a friendly heads-up: we're not able to add gratuity to a credit card, so cash, Venmo, or Zelle are the easiest ways to pass it right along to them. (It's simply a tax quirk on our end, not a preference — we just want your whole thank-you to reach your stylist.) And please know your kind words and referrals mean the world to us, too.

Is there an ATM at the salon?

Yes — for your convenience, each of our salons has an ATM (cash machine) right on site, so it's easy to grab cash if you'd like to tip your stylist. Just so you know, the ATMs are run by a separate company and we don't earn anything from them — they're simply there to make your visit a little easier.

Services

Do you do wedding and bridal hair?

We'd be honored to be part of your big day. We create beautiful bridal and wedding-party hair, including updos, by consultation — and depending on the day, we can often come to you or have your party get glam with us in the salon. We don't have an in-house makeup artist, but we're glad to point you to talented artists we love working with.

Do you offer hair extensions?

We do! Whether you're adding length and fullness or maintaining extensions you already have, our specialists will take great care of you. Give us a call and we'll match you with the right stylist and set aside plenty of time.

What hair color services and products do you use?

Color is one of our great loves — and we trust it to the very best. We color exclusively with Wella Professionals, recognized as the world's No.1 salon color brand, crafted in Germany with more than a century of color science behind it (their legendary Koleston Perfect sells about 1.5 tubes every second around the globe). What that means for you: richer, truer, longer-lasting color with breathtaking shine, and formulas designed to be kind to your hair. From root touch-ups and all-over color to highlights, hand-painted balayage, glossy conditioning treatments, and keratin smoothing, your colorist will design the perfect Wella formula just for you at your consultation.

Do you offer a membership program?

We do — our Founders Membership is for guests who like to make their hair part of the routine. It comes with concierge booking, peak-season priority, and recurring signature services across all three salons. Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?

Absolutely — a Robert of Philadelphia gift card is a lovely way to treat someone you love (or yourself!). We offer gift cards and experience gift certificates in any amount. Just ask our team or visit the Gift Cards page on ropsalons.com and we'll set it up.

Do you do kids' haircuts and the Princess Pamper / Pirate experience?

Yes — and it's one of our favorite things! Our Princess & Pirate Pamper Day is a summer mini-makeover for kids ages 4–15: a wash, blow-dry, and fun little touches like tinsel. Spots fill up fast, so give us a call to grab one.

Do you have a teacher special?

Teachers, we appreciate you — your summer visit is on us, with a complimentary haircut & blowout. Call any location to claim yours while the summer offer runs. It's our small way of saying thank you for all you do.

Products

Can I buy your hair products, and can you ship them to me?

Yes! We carry the professional products we use and love, and if you're out of the area we're happy to take your order over the phone and ship it your way (usually sent from our Bayfront salon). Just call and we'll get your favorites on the way.

Booking

I'm a new client — can I get a consultation and a signature cut?

We'd love to welcome you! New guests are always in good hands. Bring a photo of the look you're dreaming of, let us know it's your first visit, and we'll pair you with the right stylist and leave time for a proper consultation — so you leave feeling completely like you.

How do I book an appointment — by phone or online?

Whichever is easiest for you! You can book online at ropsalons.com anytime, or give us a call — one number reaches all our salons and we'll pair you with the right stylist. For some seasonal experiences, a quick call is the best way to book until the offer opens up online.

Our Promise

Do you really honor returns years later? (A true story)

We really do. Years ago, a woman bought a finishing hairspray we used to carry — a black bottle we don't even make anymore, from back when we still put the price on the bottom with a sticker gun. Hers read $7.35. She brought it back 10 or 12 years later. By then that product had gone up to $13.95, and since the old price wasn't in our system, that's what she got back — she actually made a few dollars returning an empty bottle. We didn't blink. That's the policy, and we'd rather honor it every single time than make anyone feel they have to explain themselves.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes — and we truly mean it. You should love everything we do, and if you don't, you don't pay for it. That's not fine print; it's how we've run Robert of Philadelphia for more than four decades. Every service is guaranteed — color, cut, style, all of it — and if something isn't right, we make it right, at no charge, until you're 100% happy. We ask just one thing: tell us as soon as you can, so we can take care of you quickly. The timing never changes the promise — if you're not happy, that's on us, not you.

What if I don't like my haircut or color?

Just tell us — we'll make it right at no charge. Our service guarantee has no time limit, so if you're not satisfied, come back and we'll fix it. You won't pay until you're 100% happy.

What if my stylist wasn't the right fit for me?

That's completely okay — with 40+ stylists across our salons, not every pairing is perfect the first time. Tell us, and we'll find the stylist who's the right match for you. We'd rather move you to the right chair than lose you over a service that didn't land.

Can I return a hair product I've already used?

Yes — even if you've used the entire bottle. You can return any product we sell with no receipt and no time limit. A month from now, a year from now, it doesn't matter: if it's not right for you, bring it back and we'll refund it, no questions and no hassle. (We've honestly refunded an empty bottle someone brought back years later — that's how much we mean it.)

What is your product return policy?

No receipt required, and no return window. You can return any product — used or unused — anytime for a full refund. We've honored this exact policy for more than four decades, because we never want anything of ours gathering dust under your sink.

What should I do if I'm unhappy with my experience?

Please come to us first — you don't need to go to Yelp or Google. Just tell us what happened and we'll make it right. That's the whole promise: you come to us, and we take care of it.
