I went for the complimentary teacher cut and blow out. I felt pampered and appreciated for my first visit ever. Yeli gave me a new style that I love! Quick and younger looking. I was tired of the old helmet head look. I appreciate this experience more than I can say and I highly recommend it.

My friend and I came in this week because we saw an Instagram ad for a free haircut and blowout for teachers. We walked in and were greeted by Melinda, who was very kind at the front desk and she brought us to our stylists right away. We enjoyed a few mini spa treatments, and awesome haircuts and blowouts completely complimentary. Our stylists were Virginia, Sara, and Aliyah. They were all excellent and worked efficiently. I expected some sort of sales tactic, but there were no strings attached. The stylists were appreciative that we were teachers and of course we still left a gratuity for a free service. We felt like we got the same level of service as any consistent customer, and we look forward to returning since this first experience was so positive.

I am overwhelmed with gratitude for Jenn and the Robert of Philadelphia Salon. I was completely pampered! I received a hair conditioning treatment, keratin hand treatment, amazing haircut and blowout all complementary for being a teacher. Jenn gave me a wonderful layered cut exactly what I wanted. She and Savannah are spectacular! Forever grateful!
Doris was an excellent stylist. She was so calm and kept great conversation throughout my service. Sheβs always flexible and get me in her chair whenever I need a last minute blowout. Highly recommend this salon and Doris as your stylist!
I have been a client for more than 29 years. I had one hairdresser until he retired which was heartbreaking. I found another in the same salon who also lives up to all the expectations. Sara is a good advisor when it comes time to change or refresh. Sara is most talented as she listens to what you want, discusses and advises improvements. The entire staff is most professional.

I just had my hair colored by David and my haircut by Pascal, it is absolutely beautiful. Iβm a natural gray, and David did a light foil, with a glaze to bring out more of the gray in the back of my hair, and Pascal spent exactly the amount of time cutting and styling my hair to have it look perfect. I am so happy that I finally decided to do something about my hair and this salon came with many recommendations. I highly recommend ROP.

This is due to a bad experience I had when I was younger and just not trusting anyone with my hair.<br><br>I am trying to be more comfortable with others touching my hair. I saw the revie for this location and thought what can go wrong.<br><br>I called and got an appointment for the same day. It was perfect! Sam did a wonderful job taking care of my hair. She had a consultation with me first to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted.<br><br>Everyone was so kind as well! Hands down the best haircut Iβve had in a long time. The shop was clean, relaxed, and everyone was friendly. My barber took the time to really listen to what I wanted and nailed the fade perfectly. You can tell they care about the details and the customer experience.

Love the place but find it odd that in the 5+years I have been coming here there is never (except a few times) another guy getting his haircut when I'm there. Seems like a target market that needs some homework.<br>What I like about ROPS- is the consistency. Although the people change the new people seems to know their role / job and as a patron you feel very comfortable, like you're walking into a friends home that you've know for years. Today one of the ladies up front introduced me to a couple of new people on the staff. that was a very nice touch.<br><br>I have a personal relationship with Jen. Over the dozens and dozens of appointments we have developed a very good relationship. I liken it to; a dear friend, one of the buddies I play golf with or my next door neighbor. She spends a good deal of time with me making sure we're in sync with what I looking for.<br><br>True story, I have never had a disappointing haircut.<br><br>One of the best moments happened recently. I asked my wife to join me and finally meet Jenn. That day happened and it was great. They were yaking with each other the whole time, like they had been friends for years. Loved it. What I didn't love was the two of them talking about my pony tail and was it time. We all laughed.<br><br>I hope this gives you some idea of my opinion regarding the staff and the MVP, Management has to feel pretty good about the way things are going.<br><br>Finally, to make this post valuable, discussing both the good and the bad, I would suggest that you treat people (patrons / employees) fairly not equally. I suspect that's done with the staff but what about your patrons. Why not after a certain number of times having an appointment you award a 10% - 15% discount off whatever; product, a service, etc...<br><br>last word - I highly recommend Jen for either Man or Women. She's a Rock Star.

I love my team at Bonita Roberts of Phil. Sam, Kristi, Becca, Anastasia β¦ they are all wonderful! They do a great job making me look good and giving me a little reprieve from the crazy world as they massage my scale during the wash and give me a warm towel to relax as my hair treatment steams. And they are like family sharing our lives a little bit each week I come in for a blow out. Great team!

My 11 year old daughter and I had the most amazing experience here today! In the morning my daughter got the princess treatment which included a wash, blow dry and tinsel extensions. Margarita did an amazing job with her hair. We were on vacation and I really wanted to get my hair done but they were completely booked for the day. Margarita decided to stay late even though she had a complete booked day to fit me in! I came back later in the day and had the most brilliant time with her. I am so satisfied with the color and cut. She really took the time to listen and helped me decide what I wanted to do. The entire staff there is so friendly and accommodating and the facility was completely relaxing and clean. I would definitely recommend going her and seeing Margarita for your next hair appointment.

I love how my hair turned out!! Yensi did an AMAZING job. She was overall so nice, greeted me and offered me a towel to dry off because it was raining when I walked in. She started by doing a thorough consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted and she did exactly that. The princess pamper day for my daughter was amazing! From the moment we walked in she was called a princess, given sparkling cider and snacks. She got a wash before style with massage! Her stylist did an amazing job on her hair and the tinsel was a bonus! Itβs been a week and they are still in and she loves them. I booked myself an appointment after her appointment and they offered me 50% off my service! I canβt wait for my appointment! Best experience ever! You can see our before and after pics!

I recently took my daughter ] for a Princess Pamper Day, and Yazmin, the hair artist, made the experience truly magical. From start to finish, Yazmin was fantasticβshe was attentive, creative, and made my daughter feel like a real princess. My daughter had an absolute blast, and the results were stunning. I highly recommend Yazmin and Robert of Philadelphia for anyone looking to give their little one a special treat.

My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience at Roberts of Philadelphia in Bayfront this week . They are offering an adorable Princess Pamper package for children 5-17 for the summer. It included ; wash, blowout, hair tinsel and style. She even got a goodie bag with cute little princess items and a ROP leave-in conditioner. Plus some snacks and all the sparkling juice she could drink ( and Prosecco for moms ) . Her stylist , Jazmine, was talented , fun and very sweet . The best part , it was FREE ! But don't forget to tip :)

Last week I did my hair with my forever hairdresser, not sure why she didnβt execute my vision this time, but I didnβt complained or anything, then last Monday I saw a post that the Robert of Philadelphia salon in Naples needed a hair model for a cut.<br>I tagged every person I could think of to be a model, and at the end, I also tagged myself not knowing I was gonna be the one getting selected, and no one knew I was having (hair trauma) today I went in and Derek executed my vision, he took the time to hear me out and all.<br>I absolutely love my hair, I guess the universe knew I needed badly!<br>Also, I had never heard of a Bixie cut before and never have I ever went this short in lengthβ¦<br><br>Thankful all the staff at Robert of Philadelphia salon and to Derek.<br>I feel like a queen!

I am new to the area, from New Jersey. Didnβt think I could find anyone as good as my hair dresser girl in NJ. Stumbled upon Robert of Philadelphia and was lucky enough to get Velouse for my appointment. Velouse was absolutely amazing. Very talented and knowledgeable, as well as professional and very patient with me as I am a little obsessive about my hair lol. Well I felt like a million dollars looking in the mirror seeing how my hair came out! Valouse on a scale of 1-10 is a 15 !!! I received compliments on my hair the rest of the day from strangers, unbelievable!!! I canβt even express what a wonderful experience I had at this salon!!! I also must mention Charlee at the front desk was so welcoming, friendly, bubbly/happy and professional. Just a great experience all the way around and I could not possibly be any more pleased with this salon. Top notch in my book. I feel blessed and lucky to have found someone so good on my first try here in Florida! Velouse at Robert of Philadelphia is my permanent go-to in Florida! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!

This salon is absolutely great! Pascal gave me the best haircut I have ever had in my life (I'm 65, so I've had a lot of haircuts!). My thick hair had gotten way too long. I wanted a medium length cut and an updated look, and that's exactly what I got! My hair has never looked better. Pascal shaped my bangs so they frame my face beautifully, and I completely love the shoulder length style he gave me. I've washed and styled it myself three times and I still love it. I can't recommend this salon enough. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I'm looking forward to going back for a trim in a few months. Thank you Pascal!!
