Always feel so pampered and attended to when I am in a Robert's chair at any location and with any stylist! The services they provide, the kindness, thoughtfulness, attentiveness and appreciation are unsurpassed in Naples and I simply won't go anywhere else.

Pascal was fantastic! He thoughtfully and thoroughly consulted with me and gave me a gorgeous layered cut that brought out luscious curls in my hair. I have gotten compliments everywhere I go! And the shampoo and massage I received from the staff member was totally unexpected, relaxing and I truly felt spoiled. Thank you for making it possible for teachers to have some time for themselves. I will definitely be back!

Brenda does an awesome job with my color and cut! I always look forward to my appointments! Evelyn has been an asset to Brenda and seems to becoming more confident in her ability. My only regret is I’m only able to come three months a year!

I went for the complimentary teacher cut and blow out. I felt pampered and appreciated for my first visit ever. Yeli gave me a new style that I love! Quick and younger looking. I was tired of the old helmet head look. I appreciate this experience more than I can say and I highly recommend it.
My 7 year old absolutely loved every second!! I loved seeing her light up with our stylist Allie. Just so sweet and attentive. I will be back for my appointment 🫶✨

The whole staff is amazing! From the front desk when I entered, I felt welcomed and cared for. Lisa has done an incredible job with my hair. I always enjoy the special care I get at the hair washing station too! I will keep coming back!

My friend and I came in this week because we saw an Instagram ad for a free haircut and blowout for teachers. We walked in and were greeted by Melinda, who was very kind at the front desk and she brought us to our stylists right away. We enjoyed a few mini spa treatments, and awesome haircuts and blowouts completely complimentary. Our stylists were Virginia, Sara, and Aliyah. They were all excellent and worked efficiently. I expected some sort of sales tactic, but there were no strings attached. The stylists were appreciative that we were teachers and of course we still left a gratuity for a free service. We felt like we got the same level of service as any consistent customer, and we look forward to returning since this first experience was so positive.
Hannah fixed my haircut and color! She understands hair and listens to what you want. First time a stylist has taken time and shown me what she was planning on doing.

I was able to get a free haircut for being a teacher this summer. It was so incredibly generous for them to do this for teachers. I got the most amazing shampoo, haircut, and blow out. My hair has never looked this good! Highly recommend to anyone.

Ludby is amazing. He loves what he does and its apparent in the outcome of the color, cut and now the extensions he put into my hair. I’m thrilled I finally found a stylist that listens to what I want and executes it.
Doris was an excellent stylist. She was so calm and kept great conversation throughout my service. She’s always flexible and get me in her chair whenever I need a last minute blowout. Highly recommend this salon and Doris as your stylist!

I have been a client for more than 29 years. I had one hairdresser until he retired which was heartbreaking. I found another in the same salon who also lives up to all the expectations. Sara is a good advisor when it comes time to change or refresh. Sara is most talented as she listens to what you want, discusses and advises improvements. The entire staff is most professional.
Ludby worked hard and did his magic to make me feel alive again, and my hair is no easy task! The people working at ROP Bayfront are so genuine. They make me feel at home! Thank you so very much!

Pascale is the one! He knows exactly what he is doing! If you want your hair to fall<br>Into place when you do it , go to him. He’s great! Also the staff is friendly and when they wash your hair they give you the best shoulder massage after!
Aliyah was great! Very happy with my hair! It was a hot mess before she hit her hands on me. She also did my daughter’s hair and we were very happy with how hers turned out as well. Highly recommend her!!

I just had my hair colored by David and my haircut by Pascal, it is absolutely beautiful. I’m a natural gray, and David did a light foil, with a glaze to bring out more of the gray in the back of my hair, and Pascal spent exactly the amount of time cutting and styling my hair to have it look perfect. I am so happy that I finally decided to do something about my hair and this salon came with many recommendations. I highly recommend ROP.
