What new guests usually want to know.
What should I expect at my first visit?
A consultation comes first — your stylist learns what you love, what you've been told isn't possible, and how you actually live with your hair between visits. From there we plan the service together. Plan for a slightly longer first appointment so we don't rush this conversation.
How do I choose the right location?
Three Southwest Florida salons — Bayfront in downtown Naples, Village on Venetian Bay in Park Shore, and Promenade at Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs. All three offer the full Robert of Philadelphia menu. Pick the one closest to where you live or work; specific stylists may also influence the choice.
How do I choose a stylist?
Every stylist on our roster carries a profile page with specialties, location, experience level, and recent work. If you're not sure who to pick, request a complimentary consultation and we'll match you. We work as a cooperative team rather than on commission, so the recommendation is based on fit — not whose chair is empty.
What do services cost?
Most services are quoted by consultation because precision haircuts, custom color, and bridal work depend on hair length, density, condition, and the look you're after. Featured starting prices are listed on the Services page; your stylist will confirm the full quote at the chair before any work begins.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season in Naples (December through April) books two to three weeks ahead, especially for senior stylists and bridal/event hair. Off-season, a week is usually enough. For weddings and milestone events, book the moment you know the date.
What if I'm coming from out of town or seasonally?
Many of our guests are seasonal residents and travelers. Tell us your travel pattern at the consultation and your stylist will plan service cadence around your trips. Recurring guests may also be a fit for the Founders Membership program.
