Robert of Philadelphia is committed to making our website and our three Naples and Bonita Springs salons welcoming and usable for every guest, including people with disabilities.

Our commitment

We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the Level AA conformance level. This standard explains how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including vision, hearing, motor, and cognitive impairments.

What we do

Color contrast and typography chosen for legibility on most displays;
Semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchy, and meaningful link text;
Keyboard navigation support throughout the site;
Image alt text for content imagery;
Forms designed with clear labels and error messaging;
Booking, calls, and directions reachable without requiring a mouse.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We audit the site periodically and make improvements as part of regular maintenance. If you encounter a barrier on this site — or have a need we can help with in the salon — we want to hear about it so we can address it.

In the salon

Each of our three locations is in a ground-floor or elevator-accessible retail setting. If you have a specific need — wheelchair access, low-fragrance preference, quiet processing time, scheduling accommodations, or anything else — please tell us when you book and your stylist will plan with you.

Third-party tools

Some parts of our experience use third-party tools (notably Boulevard for booking, and Google for analytics and maps). We rely on these providers to follow their own accessibility standards. If you encounter trouble using one of these tools, we are happy to help complete your task by phone.
