Why ROPSophia's favorite part of ROP
My favorite part of working at ROP is that it is a family owned business. I’ve met many clients that have been with the salon since its founding in the 80’s and many of the stylists have been here for 20+ years. I think that speaks a lot in terms of the salon’s culture and is a rare thing!

Being fairly new to the area, I was still looking for a long term job. Luckily, ROP was hiring and it was a great fit :)
Off the clockOutside the salon
Outside of the salon I am always with my family and dogs. My sister and I are producing music and DJing, so that takes up most of my time. I love traveling and fashion. I also enjoy reading about holistic wellness and philosophy.
