personabledetail orientedfriendly
My name is Sara Ramirez I was born in Texas raised in Lehigh Acres Florida. I have been in the industry for about 10 years and have been with Robert’s for about 8 years now. I have always been an open minded stylist and was taught to be, so I love to perform all services! My main goal is to make every client in my chair feel comfortable and confident!
Their roleWhat they do
I want every client to come in and feel they have walked into their best friends or families home! Feel welcomed and comfortable. Having a clean and safe space they would want to spend hours in!
I listen to what their concern is and assure that what ROP wants at the end of the day is for them to be happy and heard. I want every guest to walk out loved and appreciated
CommunicationHow they connect
My goal is make everyone feel like family. Comfortable enough to be able to express their concerns or issues. But being my dad's daughter I do sometimes come off tough about certain things. I'm a tough love type of person. If I didn't care I wouldn’t be tough on people.
PersonalityMeet Sara
On a busy Saturday as a stylist/ salon leader I'm making sure every guest not just mine is being taken care of and given all the hospitality we can offer. Their needs or wants are being honored if possible.
Why ROPSara's favorite part of ROP
In 2017, as I neared the end of my hair school training, Hurricane Irma devastated Immokalee, Florida, the city where I was studying. Immokalee is a high-poverty area, and many families resided in old trailer homes. Sadly, many of those homes were destroyed, leaving those families with nothing. My school became the main collection point for donations, and all staff and students were assigned to organize and deliver them. Rob, who is currently a board member of the school, heard about our efforts and made the courageous decision to close all three of his locations. He brought his 50+ employees at the time to help us! His selflessness and love for giving back to the community truly showed me that there are caring people willing to go above and beyond to help those in need. From that day forward, I knew I wanted to be a part of that. That memory is the driving force behind my dedication and hard work to be the best I can be for this small, family-owned business.

Behind the scenesTheir role in the day
I make sure all stylist and staff have on hand what they need to offer the best services they can. I schedule assistants accordingly to each stylist needs and demand. I resolve or look for guidance on issues happening in the salon. whether thats personal conflicts or salon issues such as leaking pipes or broken salon chairs. Listen to concerns or issues in salon and voice those concerns to Rob or Lexi. Mondays I am apart of our Associates Program where I assist our main educator Jen and help organize class Schedule and be a right hand person as much as I possibly can. While in salon I make sure our associates who are apart of that program know that I am also a mentor they can look for when they are in need of any guidance. whether its technical or personal.
AboutMore about Sara
Every since I was a little girl I have always been the girly and glittery sister. I have always loved makeup and anything that had to do with beauty! Growing up I loved experimenting and playing with mine and my sisters hair. I learned how to braid and do makeup by watching youtube videos and recreating on myself, my mom and sisters. I just always knew I was going to be in the beauty industry! Right out of high school I went into hair school. Here we are almost 10 years later and I still love that feeling of amazing people on what I can create for them. Not only do I love giving that feeling to my clients but I live for continuing to make the most important women in my life feel like a million bucks!
Off the clockOutside the salon
I consider myself a homebody at heart, truly enjoying relaxing and keeping my space clean. When I'm not working or at home, you can find me cheering on my boyfriend at the soccer field or spending time with my family. Family is very important to me, and I cherish our time together. On Sundays, it's usually soccer games or exploring our favorite restaurants. While we enjoy trying new places, we always seem to gravitate towards Asian cuisine or Texas Roadhouse!
Fun factA little something extra
I love to coupon and go thrift shopping! I love finding a great deal!
