A fourth-generation Naples local, Robert works behind the scenes of the family-owned salon, giving the team the support, systems, and environment they need to deliver outstanding service. For guests, his focus is a welcome that feels genuine from the moment they walk through the doors. He believes great guest care starts with listening, understanding concerns, and doing everything possible to make things right, so that each visit feels "personal rather than transactional." Away from the salon, he's usually on the golf course, staying active outdoors, or spending time with family and friends.
