Leana Kylie Amaya brings a lively energy to ROP, blending her family ties and personal warmth to create a welcoming atmosphere. Born and raised in Naples, she grew up in the ROP family, with both parents working there, and has naturally become part of the team.

It’s about making sure when people walk through the door the first thing they are treated with is a smile on their good days and someone to vent to on the bad ones. I like to make sure everyone feels like if they have an issue, they can bring it to us with no judgment passed.
I make sure I remember the things they told me at the last appointment and ask for updates, showing them that I genuinely care about their lives.

Growing up in Naples, Leana was deeply influenced by her family's involvement at ROP, with her mother being one of its longest-standing employees. It felt natural for her to join the team, especially after a chance conversation with Rob during a visit with her mom.
Off the clockOutside the salon
Outside of work, Leana is a dedicated college student with a passion for horses. She enjoys horseback riding, fun fashion, and thrifting on weekends.

I love animals and have two rescue pets that are my whole heart if u bring up animals I will talk about it for hours
