I'm a third-generation stylist who grew up helping in my grandma’s salon, so following in my mom's and grandma's footsteps felt destined. I've loved doing hair since I was a little kid — though cutting off my best friend's braid while playing “hairdresser” wasn't one of my finer moments! Since I started my job at ROP, I've learned so much about hard work, dedication, and repetition… and repetition (rinse, wash, repeat!). I love and enjoy all the services we offer, from men's cuts to total color transformations — I haven't picked just one specialty because I genuinely love it all. But my real passion is making sure you walk out with your dream hair, and honestly, my favorite part of the job is you, the client. My goal is for every guest to feel relaxed and understood the moment they sit in my chair.

Sam is the best!<br><br>Let me preface that I have been cutting my hair and dying it myself for YEARS. This is due to a bad experience I had when I was younger and just not trusting anyone with my hair.<br><br>I am trying to be more comfortable with others touching my hair. I love my team at Bonita Roberts of Phil. Sam, Kristi, Becca, Anastasia … they are all wonderful! They do a great job making me look good and giving me a little reprieve from the crazy world as they massage my scale during the wash and give me a warm towel to relax as my hair treatment steams. And they are like family sharing our lives a little bit each week I come in for a blow out. Great team!
I came in as a Walk-in I didn’t have an appointment. Becca greeted us warmly at the front desk, and was accommodating and attentive. She made a wonderful first impression.<br><br>Samantha(Sam) cut my other son’s hair and was fantastic from start to finish. She communicated clearly with both us and my son, making sure she understood the look we were going for. My son wanted a natural but stylish cut, and she delivered exactly that. She was patient, detailed, and took her time to get everything just right. Before finishing, she checked in to ensure we were completely satisfied with the look. Not to mention, my son enjoyed whole process, especially the relaxing wash!<br><br>Her attentiveness and professionalism really stood out, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making my son feel comfortable and confident. The end result was a haircut that looked great and fit exactly what he wanted. We’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend Sam!
