Pascal Crucq
Master II Stylist
Pascal Cruc brings a distinctly French approach to hair to Robert of Philadelphia at Bayfront. Born and raised in France and educated in Paris, he built his foundation inside the world of fashion, editorial styling, and luxury beauty long before arriving in Naples. His work is known for softness, movement, longevity, and elegance that never feels overdone. Guests often say their blowouts still hold days later and their haircuts grow out beautifully without feeling heavy with product. Pascal approaches every guest as an individual — studying silhouette, movement, lifestyle, and personality before making changes. His goal is never to create stiff salon hair, but hair that feels natural, sensual, healthy, and effortless. The result is polished without trying too hard: sophisticated hair that still feels alive.
The experienceWhy guests choose Pascal
My work is rooted in French fashion culture and editorial styling, but adapted for real life. Guests often tell me their hair still holds shape, movement, and volume days after their appointment.
For me, the guest experience is about helping someone evolve into a new image while still feeling completely like themselves. I never want hair to feel forced, rigid, or disconnected from the person wearing it. I want guests to leave feeling comfortable, confident, elegant, and natural all at once.
The matchIdeal guest
My ideal guest appreciates elegance without looking overly done. I love working with people who are curious, open-minded, and willing to evolve while still wanting to feel authentic to themselves.

AboutBehind the chair
Beauty and fashion were always part of my world growing up in France. I trained in Paris through the Jacques Dessange education system and began working on editorial shoots and projects connected to Vogue and Elle at a young age. My work later brought me to New York for fashion shows, freelance projects, and magazine work.
Off the clockOutside the salon
Outside the salon, I still spend much of my time creating through painting and sculpture. Friends and chosen family are deeply important to me since much of my family remains in Europe.
The consultationWhat to expect
When a new guest sits in my chair, I never focus only on the head or haircut itself. I step back and look at the full silhouette — how someone moves, what they wear, their lifestyle, and the energy they carry. I ask questions because appearances can be misleading. Someone may look incredibly sophisticated but spend every weekend hiking, boating, and living outdoors, and that changes the direction completely. I also love when guests bring inspiration photos because sometimes the images surprise me. They reveal something deeper about what the guest is emotionally drawn to, even if they cannot fully explain it yet. Before appointments, I review notes and mentally prepare several possible directions so I can adapt naturally once the guest arrives.
Healthy hair should feel alive. For me, that means movement, softness, shine, and ease — never hair that looks overworked or over-processed. I want guests to wake up in the morning and still feel good about their hair naturally, without needing excessive styling or heavy products.
First-time guestsBring inspiration photos and come with an open mind. I enjoy seeing what images a guest connects with because those references often reveal more than words alone.
