After 8 years at ROP, McKenzie's versatility shines as she expertly executes every type of hair service, gladly working long hours because she truly loves what she does. For Mckenzie, the highlight of her job is making clients feel good emotionally and physically, because hair can have such a huge impact on people's well-being. I think most of my guest comment on how meticulous I can be. I’m very detailed, and I put a lot of time and care into my work. I think of every service as my own art project and art has always been a true joy and passion of mine. Because of that I work early hours and I work late hours giving me a strong, reliable work ethic because I truly love what I do, and where I work. If I can fit a service in I always will but not if it jeopardizes the time with my next client
I want guest to feel happy when they’re interacting with me. I want them to view me as professional. Though it can come across how busy I can be at time I want them to feel like when it’s my time with them I’m 100% focused on them. I want them to feel considered, listened to, beautiful and pampered. And I want them to genuinely enjoy our time as a whole together! I love creating a relationship for them to remeber and hair that they love!

The consultationWhat to expect
I start by asking what we’re doing today. Then we start to dissect. I’ll ask what you like and what you don’t like about your inspiration. We’ll discuss hair history. What your typical daily hair routine is. How much maintenance you’re okay or not ok with. I hope to make you feel validated and understood by the end of our consultation and like we’ve reached an understanding. If you have any questions before we start I encourage you to please ask!
I suggest sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, and heat protection prior to heat styling
First-time guestsDepending if they want to drastically change their color I would honestly prefer they book a consultation only prior to the real appointment. If not
