I began my journey in the hair industry as a receptionist and quickly realized I wanted to be part of the creative energy behind the chair. Influenced by Tracey DiLella, I transitioned from aspiring nurse to passionate stylist.

I have been a client of Jade‘s for over five years. I came to her after my hair completely been ruined elsewhere by another stylist. The color was the worst!! My color was corrected, and my hair was grown into a style that I love. We always have a discussion at every appointment, even though she knows what I like and don’t like, to be sure we’re on the same page. Her cutting skills are perfection as are her color techniques.<br>She is cautious to guide me through decisions, when I sometimes think I want something Different to be sure I understand that it is not a realistic goal for my hair. I honestly appreciate that.<br>She is also just a joy to be around. She is very friendly, personable and genuinely cares about her clients. I always look forward to seeing her and all the girls at the promenade Bonita Bay location. They have become more like family!

Jade always knows what to do to cut my hair in the edgy style that keeps me up-to-date. I love how I can style my hair differently for different occasions but yet it is virtually hassle free! As a retired woman of 68, I stay active and have a lot of fun. My haircut makes me feel smart, light on my feet and ready to go.
I've been a client at ROP - Bonita Bay for 8 years. Jade does an awesome job with my hair. I am quite particular and she understands that, allowing me the time needed to explain what I want each time I go. We have a system down but sometimes my desires change with the seasons or travel or just the way my hair has changed as I've aged. She is always open to discussing what I want. I love that she also checks in on me a few days after my appointments, that's what I call personalized service! I also appreciate the cheerful and helpful others at ROP, Becca who checks me in and out, and Yentzi who washes my hair. I have been utilizing the ROP VIP program for years. It's a great way to stretch your dollar further.
I love how Jade does my hair. I just wish she would finish my hair and not have a trainee blow out my hair. I would prefer her to finish my hair for the price of $130, which is quite pricey and it would look so much better if she would blow it out. Otherwise I must come home and finish my hair myself rather than have the trainee finish it. I’m going to complain and I don’t want to do so since I like how Jade does it.

Jade is awesome, she listens to what the customer wants and has the knowledge and experience to make recommendations. I have also had Brazilian blow outs there and they have lasted long time and have helped with my frizzy hair in a Florida climate! Highly recommend her. She is outstanding!

It’s always a nice experience at Robert of Philadelphia. Jade is very welcoming and Yancy was wonderful. Gives a great head massage. We did color today and I was apprehensive and I absolutely love it. Great haircut too.
