In 1995, while living in Nicaragua, I couldn't find work as a chemist. An opportunity to study hairstyling arose, and from the first year, I knew this was my life's passion.

Family is central to my life, with two sisters working alongside me and three children, two of whom are chefs, and a daughter pursuing medicine. I’m also a proud grandmother of two.

I recently came here to get my keratin done and at first I wasn’t completely happy with the results. I’m not usually the type of person to call and complain, but the salon actually followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated that so much. I was honest about my experience and wasn’t expecting anything in return, but they immediately offered to have me come back.<br><br>When I returned, Dilma assisted me and completely re-did my keratin treatment. She was amazing and knew exactly how to work with my type of hair. The results came out beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service truly exceeded my expectations and showed they genuinely care about their clients. I would highly recommend this place, especially Dilma!

As a new resident of Naples, I was nervous about finding a new hair stylist. After considerable research online, I made an appointment at Robert of Philadelphia Salon in Venetian Village. The atmosphere was lovely, spacious and sufficiently upscale. Upon arrival, the receptionist Mickey welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home. The stylist, Dilma, took her time evaluating my color and cut needs. She discussed modifying my bob hair style with a layered cut that would give my hair more volume and movement. And she took her time, with focus on providing a professional new cut rather than chatting with distratcting banter. I am very pleased with the results and scheduled regular appointments for the next 6 months!
