The consultationWhat to expect

I start by asking first what they want to do. I look at what they already have and how long ago it has been between their last service. If they want a change, or if what they have is working for them. How much time they spend on their hair in the morning. Give recommendations according to what we discussed and what they want.

I recommend which products they should take home. Whether they need frizz control, or protectant from heat styling every day, or something for volume. Shampoo and conditioner to help keep up their color and prolong from fading and drying out.
