Described by Robert as a "role model for future generations," Allie's gentle yet responsible nature makes her both an excellent mentor and stylist. As a child, she watched a hairstylist cut her grandparents's hair, and the experience sparked a deep-rooted passion within her. Determined to follow this passion, she overcame financial obstacles to attend cosmetology school at 26, and once she graduated, there was no stopping her. Allie's coachable spirit propelled her quickly through ROP's rising star program, and now, after only 3 years, she's already a clear leader. Though she doesn't specialize in one area, Allie finds immense joy in haircutting and providing a safe space for her clients to share their deepest secrets. (Don't worry, she won't tell.) Allie's spritz of advice is that when you look good, you feel good, and can conquer the rest of your day.

Alexandra’s path to hair was clear from a young age, experimenting with styles and colors. Starting in 2020, she has been a dedicated part of ROP, focusing on making every guest feel beautiful and confident.

Outside the salon, Alexandra is a full-time mom to an 8-year-old son, Josiah, and is expecting her daughter, Lilah. Her time is filled with family activities, enjoying the outdoors, and simply being at home.

I begin with a new guest experience by asking them what their daily life is like. I ask them what they do for a living what they like to do on their free time how much maintenance they are willing to do with their hair how do they style it normally how do they maintain and what type of products do they use?
Healthy hair is the main goal for every client. I always recommend what’s best for their scalp health and hair health and how to maintain it.

Highly recommend! I’m always nervous about trying a new salon but Robert of Philadelphia was warm & welcoming. They genuinely seemed concerned for my well being after the storm and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable! Maria gives a great head and neck massage and Allie did a beautiful blow out.
