The honest answer is: we have the best.
The question is the best at what, for you. Our concierge asks five short questions, reads the whole roster across all three Southwest Florida salons, and matches you to the stylist whose work — and whose way of working — actually fits.

Five questions. One brain. Real matches.
The match runs inside our concierge chat — so anything you'd normally ask (openings on Saturday? price with a Master? what's a Master anyway?) works in the same conversation. We never ask you which salon up front, because our three locations are all within about fifteen miles of each other, and the right stylist matters more than the closest chair.
Five short questions.
What brings you in, what your hair is like, whether you have a look in mind, the kind of stylist personality you'd love, and how you feel about budget. Tap the chips or type — either works. No location question up front.
The concierge reads the whole roster.
Not just tags. The concierge reads every active stylist's bio, specialties, hair types they love working with, and personality — across Bayfront, Village on Venetian Bay, and Promenade at Bonita Bay — and picks the one to three who genuinely fit you.
Book, or ask more.
Each match card shows a personal “why her/him for you,” the price for your service at their level, and a direct booking link to their real calendar. Prefer a different salon? Re-rank with one tap.
Every level of stylist is trained by the level above.
Robert of Philadelphia has published a stylist-level ladder since long before it was fashionable. It exists so guests can see exactly what they're paying for — experience, training, and demand — and never get quietly upcharged for a stylist whose real tier is different than what the front desk implies. Every level offers the full signature service. What changes is the depth of the person doing it.
Newer chairs, deeply trained.
Silver is our newest independent chair — the tail end of a rotation-style residency of up to two years. Classic is a stylist who has built a proven book of returning clients. Both are excellent for a first visit, and priced accordingly.
The stylists guests come back for by name.
Senior and Master stylists have depth in a signature area — precision cuts, dimensional color, extensions, smoothing, bridal. If you'd like someone whose chair has been full for years, this is the neighborhood.
Our teachers and long-time favorites.
Directors and Master Directors train the rest of the team. They're the stylists guests fly in for, book months ahead of a wedding, and trust with corrective color. Priced honestly for the demand.
The right stylist matters more than the closest chair.
All three salons — Bayfront in downtown Naples, Village on Venetian Bay in Park Shore, and Promenade at Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs — offer the full Robert of Philadelphia menu. Guests travel between them for the stylist they trust. Match mode never filters by salon up front, but after you see your matches you can re-rank for whichever location works best.

Bayfront
Tucked into Naples' vibrant Bayfront Place, our flagship salon is steps from waterfront dining and shopping.

Village on Venetian Bay
Set among the Village's waterfront boutiques, our Park Shore salon is a serene escape on Gulf Shore Boulevard.

Promenade at Bonita Bay
Our Bonita Springs salon — home to many of our master stylists, set among the Promenade's upscale shops and dining.

How does the Find Your Stylist match work?
Answer five short questions inside the chat — what brings you in, what your hair is like, whether you have a look in mind, the kind of stylist personality you'd prefer, and how you feel about budget. Our concierge reads the entire active roster across all three salons — bios, specialties, hair types they love working with, personality, years of experience — and returns one to three real stylists who genuinely fit, each with a personal 'why' drawn from their own bio and the exact price at their level.
Why don't you ask which salon I want up front?
Because our three salons — Bayfront in downtown Naples, Village on Venetian Bay in Park Shore, and Promenade at Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs — are all within about fifteen miles of each other, and the RIGHT stylist matters more than the closest salon. Match mode considers every active stylist across all three locations. After you see your matches, you can absolutely re-rank for a specific salon with one tap.
What are the stylist levels — Silver, Classic, Senior, Master, Director?
Every ROP stylist earns their level through training and time, not tenure alone. Silver is our newest independent chair — the tail end of a rotation-style residency of up to two years. Classic and Senior are stylists who have built a proven book of returning clients. Master, Master II, and Director are our most senior specialists — trainers, department leaders, and long-time favorites. Pricing reflects the level honestly: you're paying for experience and demand, not markup. Every level offers the full signature service (shampoo, conditioning, our signature head-neck-and-shoulder massage, hot-towel treatment, and — for haircuts — a complimentary blowout finish so you leave seeing exactly how the cut wears).
How does ROP's training runway work?
Our Associate Program is a rotation-style residency under different senior leaders — typically up to two years or 2,000 to 4,000 hours of hands-on training. Only rare cases finish in nine to twelve months. We teach depth, not speed — so by the time an Associate takes their own chair as a Silver stylist, they've already worked alongside masters across cuts, color, and finish work. This is why our Silver stylists are excellent independent hires, not entry-level shortcuts.
Can I book directly with a matched stylist?
Yes — every match card has a 'Book with [stylist name]' button that opens their real Boulevard calendar. You can also ask the concierge to check openings on a specific day or weekend before you commit. And if none of the matches feel quite right, tell the concierge what didn't fit and we'll re-match.
What if I want to switch salons after seeing my matches?
One tap. Below your match cards, three quick chips let you re-rank for Bayfront, Village on Venetian Bay, or Promenade at Bonita Bay. Match mode re-scores the roster with a preference for that location and shows you the strongest fits who work there.
Ready?
Ninety seconds and you'll have one to three real stylists who fit — with the price you'll actually pay and a direct booking link.
