Most salons reward the ticket. We reward the relationship. Here, nobody guards their book. If another stylist is a better fit for a guest's color or a big cut, you send them over, the way one doctor refers a patient to a specialist. The guest stays in the family, and your income doesn't suffer for it. It grows with your own guests coming back, pre-booking and sending their friends.

- You're paid whether the guest pays or not. A promotional or gifted service doesn't come out of your check.
- No re-do penalties and no guest-complaint fines.
- Paid education every Monday from 10 to 2, for the whole team.
- A clear path up, with levels you earn through training and time, not just tenure: Silver, Classic, Senior, Master, Master II, Director.
- A bonus built on things you control, like pre-booking and your guests' home care.
Who we're looking for
Licensed cosmetologists at every level, from new licensees to experienced Master Directors. Specialists are welcome: color, blonding, balayage, smoothing, extensions, men's grooming, bridal.

Who we are
Family owned and in our 46th year, with three salons, more than 50 teammates and over 400 guests a week. We're a teaching salon, not a commission salon. We kept everyone on full pay through the pandemic, and we've never had a layoff. We also have our own private label hair care line, sold only at ROP.

- Full time or part time, at any of our three salons
- W2 employee, never 1099
- BCBS health insurance (eligible after 90 days), plus dental and vision, and a 401(k) plan
- And yes, you get your hair done. You pay only the product cost.
