No salon experience needed. What we're really looking for is someone who lights up a room and genuinely cares how other people feel.
On paper this is a salon front desk job. In real life, you're the first smile a guest sees and the last goodbye before they head back into their day. You'll remember the guest who's nervous about a big change, notice when someone's had a rough week, and come up with your own little ways to make a visit special. We'll back you every time.
Who we are
Robert of Philadelphia was founded in November 1980, and we're now in our 46th year in Naples. We're still family owned, now on our third generation, with two salons in Naples and one in Bonita Springs. In a world that can feel pretty chaotic, we care a lot about the experience we create, for our guests and for the people who work here.
We're a teaching salon, not a commission salon, so the energy is different. People help each other here. You'll be surrounded by seriously talented, kind people who want to see you grow, whether that's into management, into beauty, or into something we haven't thought of yet. Some of our concierge team have been with us 24 to 40 years. As Rob likes to say, "We turn over at half the rate of American business generally." We even have our own Robert of Philadelphia hair care line.

- $17 to $20 an hour
- Full time or part time
- Ideally someone who can work across all three salons, but we'd love to hear what works for you
- BCBS health insurance after 90 days, plus dental and vision, and a 401(k) plan
