If you buy a product from us and you don't love it, bring it back. No receipt. No 30-day clock. You can use the whole thing and still return it — a month from now, a year from now. If it's not right for you, we'll refund it. No questions, no hassle.
We mean it. Years ago, a woman returned a finishing hairspray she'd bought from us in a black bottle we don't even make anymore — about ten or twelve years after she bought it. The old price wasn't in our system, so she got back the current price, a few dollars more than she paid. We didn't blink. That's the policy.
We'd rather you use every drop of something you love than leave it under the sink. If it's not working for you, it comes back to us.
