Booking Policy

At Robert of Philadelphia Salon, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our clients. Please review the following booking policy to ensure a smooth and convenient salon experience.

Scheduling Appointments:
Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person at any of our locations. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure the availability of your preferred date and time.

Arrival Time:
We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed and non-rushed experience. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late may limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Clients who cancel less than 24 hours before their appointment or fail to show up for their scheduled service may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Payment:
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Tips can be made in cash
