A devoted mother with a great heart, Yeli always dreamt of becoming a stylist. She began her education in Venezuela, but when she moved to the U.S. at 24, she had to jump over the extra hurdles of learning English and getting her GED. Fortunately, once she got into hair school on a scholarship, her natural talent helped her master everything with ease. Now, after three and a half years at ROP, she specializes in color and Brazilian blow-outs, because those are big changes that make people the happiest. More than anything, she’s grateful to be in a job with the flexibility to prioritize her family, and where she can connect with people in all the best ways. “I cry with my clients and I laugh with them.” Yeli’s spritz of advice is that people need to be loved and taken care of.
