When she began helping out around the salon without getting paid, Robert finally realized what an asset she was and hired her on the spot. Dilma has since proved herself to be one of their most talented, versatile, and hardworking stylists. With 27 years of experience, (12 at ROP), Dilma is an expert at every service, and she brings the same devotion and perseverance to each client because nothing makes her happier than seeing them “glowing.” True to her own inspiring story of persistence, Dilma’s spritz of advice is to set your mind to your passion and keep trying– and also to give people a chance, because first impressions can be wrong.
