Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the salon.
• Manage the flow of clients by efficiently scheduling appointments and coordinating with stylists and associates.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Use computer systems to check out clients, process payments, and handle cash drawer balancing.
• Assist in rebooking clients for their next visit, ensuring a high level of client retention.
• Support the salon staff by coordinating their schedules, managing supplies, and addressing any logistical needs.
• Engage in acts of kindness and thoughtfulness to create a memorable experience for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to create a warm and friendly environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Empathy and the ability to understand and meet the needs of clients and staff.
