More of our guests are choosing to let their natural silver shine, and it can be stunning. Whether you want to grow into it gracefully or soften it gently, there’s no single right way. A soft blend lets gray grow in with no harsh line, and a toning gloss keeps silver bright instead of yellow. A great cut makes all of it look intentional. If you’ve been wondering whether it’s time, ask us. It’s one of our favorite conversations.

A heartfelt thank you

This summer we welcomed 671 teachers for a complimentary haircut and blowout, our small thank-you for everything you give our kids. Whether it was your first visit or your fiftieth, we hope you left feeling cared for.

Two babies, one birthday

As we shared in June, Allie and Micky were both expecting. Now that happy news has come full circle: Allie’s baby Lilah and Micky’s baby Karmen arrived on the very same day, June 3, 2026.

Over 500 little guests this summer — our third season of Princess Pampering, our very first of Pirate Cuts, and so many little celebrations. They’re the next generation of our ROP family, our future ambassadors, and it’s a joy to watch them grow up in our chairs. Thank you for sharing them with us.

Curls, celebrated

Fresh from a day of Wella curl education, our stylists have a favorite tip for lovely curls at home. Smooth a little of our Anti-Frizz Curl Creme through soaking-wet hair, scrunch gently upward, then diffuse on low heat, or simply let it air-dry, and resist touching until it’s fully dry. You’ll have soft, defined curls without the frizz. Pick it up at the front desk, or ask your stylist for a curl refresh at your next visit.

A wild place, thirty minutes away

Just up the road from Naples sits the largest old-growth cypress forest left on Earth. Keith takes Robert into Corkscrew — panthers still on the prowl, the neighbors who stopped the saws, and a swamp that still feels like a secret.

After Hours at ROP

We’ve never done this before. After Hours is a private night at the salon, just for you and your favorite women. Bring the birthday girl, the bride-to-be, or the friends you never see enough of. The doors close, the music goes on, and the night is yours: prosecco and strawberries, or whatever you’d like to celebrate with. You can book it at any of our locations, and we’ll take care of every detail.

In loving memory

Ramiro Ortiz

We pause to honor a truly special man. For more than two years, Ramiro fought a courageous battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). He was a powerful leader, a devoted father of five, and a proud grandfather of two.

Our senior stylist and educator, Sara, spent those two years by her dad’s side. She has now had to say a temporary goodbye, until they see each other again. Sara, we love you and your family.
